New Wine Bar In Midtown Miami Continues Rise Of Wine Scene
Posted on Jun 05 in Wine Happenings by iVinoWine Vault Miami opened its doors about 4 months ago and it is already generating lots of Vino buzz.
The South Florida wine scene continues to take off and more interesting vino venues are popping up; One of those venues is Wine Vault Miami located
in the heart of Midtown Miami.
A “local neighborhood bar” as the co-founder Michael Shapira describes it is not just serving wine but it also serves beer microbreweries.
“We do host all sorts of tastings that are interactive for our guests,” he said when describing the wine tastings they’ve been doing for
their customers. Although it has only been opened for about 4 months, they are already catching a lot of
buzz amongst the area’s wine lovers.
“We are open late every night and have a decor and ambiance that is calm and sophisticated,” he added.
They serve mostly food tapas style and have some good specials during happy hour and the like.
Shapira says he has opened a few bars and restaurants in the past but he feels this one is really going to build
on the “community feel.”
As far as the average age group?
Yep you guessed it right – mid-20s early 40s. I guess this is more proof that the millenials and generation X are drinking lots of vino.
So next time you are in the area, pop in for some vino and a mild ambiance.
Please wine responsibly, and as always, Salud!
