Miami Dade College’s Wine Appreciation Class Starts Soon!

Want to take an affordable class on learning how to appreciate fine Vino? Why not join Miami Dade College’s Wine Appreciation Class…It starts Wednesday September 29th at 07:30 p.m. at the MDC Kendall Campus located on 11011 S.W. 104th St.

This six week study into fine wine appreciation will help you learn some tricks behind fine Vino and help you expand your palate and verbiage. Learn about the different grapes and look into how it is all put together. You must be 21 years or older to register.

Wine Down Miami Viceroy’s Club 50 Event A Total Success!

Wine Down Miami took over the refined and elegant Viceroy Hotel located on 485 Brickell Avenue this past Wednesday August 25th.

Miamians enjoyed the treats of wine consultant Michael
Green and Wine Down co-founder Andrew Levine, who gave the event a Mediterranean touch.

Guests enjoyed unlimited tastes of delicious and distinct wines from the Boutari portfolio and signature hors d’oeuvres from celebrity chef Michael Psilakis’ Mediterranean-inspired Eos restaurant.

Key Largo Food And Wine Festival 2010 Blossoms!

The Key Largo Food And Wine Festival 2010 kicked off Friday July 30th, going until Sunday August 8th.

This 10-day festival featured wine dinners, wine tastings, wine pairings, cooking classes and
plenty of vino.
